妙觀音素食-桃園寶山店 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

Good local vegetarian restaurant with a variety of noodle dishes and rice dishes. We came for dinner and ordered one mapo tofu set and one mala stinky tofu noodle soup. The folks running the place are very nice and food comes out quickly. Food is tasty, portions are satisfying but not huge. The broth in the mala stinky tofu noodle soup is really savory for having no meat base, and the stinky tofu is delicious--I just wish they'd had more tofu and more noodles in the bowl, but I do have a large appetite. My dinner buddy really enjoyed his mapo tofu set which had mapo tofu of course, a shredded tofu salad, and sauteed cabbage on top of rice. They have a handful of tables, and they do have air conditioning but it is not strong. Would come here again to try other items...
