2021年11月用餐心得：假日店員人力吃緊，店員非常忙碌在努力在服務客人。故店員服務內容給予“真的盡力了”。接下來比較是吃完的心得，會從濃湯、老饕牛排210元、餐包、肉質烹調技巧說明。 整體的餐點內容也跟其他的網友留下的評價一致，大部分人提到肉質乾澀，或是咀嚼不動，對於210元的牛排你不能要求太多，需要把標準放到最低看待這件事情，明白商家要維持利潤。但是如果要再回來點一樣的（老饕牛排）：牛臀肉、牛大腿肉：Knuckle 英文，應該不會有第二次了。雖然這個部位本身脂肪含量或是纖維組織就比較少，所以吃起來乾澀也是正常的。但是可以做到這樣乾澀的程度，真的接近肉乾的程度了。 為求慎重的厚度，我們切了整塊老饕牛排三次觀察厚度以及纖維。大約烹調後約莫0.5-0.7cm，與菜單照片符合，其中兩口都是明顯的筋，或是嚼不動放棄。（附圖肉塊放置黑碗照片），醬汁不予置評（雙醬：蘑菇+黑胡椒）。烹調火候無法一致性的掌握也是讓肉塊過於老化的主因。我明白七分熟本來就會比較乾澀，但是你們總公司有來派神秘客來評鑑嗎？真的快乾掉了。 濃湯的配料算是中等可以接受，部分網友說明有點稀釋，這個如果加很多澱粉或是增稠劑是可以調整的，所以玉米濃湯這點沒有特別想法。餐包的部分算是勉強可以吃或是建議不要吃，餐包裡面的奶油會黏在舌頭味蕾的地方，影響後續用餐品質過程。 鐵板麵唯一強烈印象，菜單的照片三色豆是放在肉塊旁邊（附圖菜單照片老饕牛排那格子），實際上來後三色豆直接混合在鐵板麵裡面，讓人相當震驚，因為原本想要撥到一旁的計畫通整個失敗。 最後唯一讓我覺得最好吃的食物，是那鐵板上面的煎蛋，非常完美的熟度也很嫩，其他也是不予置評，或許是我點錯部位或是點錯方向，也或是我對牛排的認知沒有相當熟練，不過以上是個人品嚐心得，可以重複驗證得到結果比較。 店員還是相當努力店內送餐招呼客人的真的忙翻了。內心的不捨店員。以上是（孫東寶牛排蘆竹忠孝店）心得。

One of beverage black tea was bad, tasted like it was overdue. The quality of steaks were socks too, because several kinds of steak favor were quite soft and descrete, my wife had made it medium-well but it tasted like medium instead. Stave's working ability at cooking of steak were not good, neither. In addition, the waitress served quite bad service about her attitude. As for me and my families, we absolutely won't go and enjoy the branch of Sun-dong-bao steak...
