This place was sooo nice. I came here near the beginning of the trip and insisted on coming back for a second time! I come from Australia so I definitely know what a good steak is - and this has one of the best steaks I've eaten, especially for the price.

They grill all their steaks, and so it has a really nice smoky flavour to it. I personally enjoy medium rare, which I've found is a 7 on the scale out of 10 in Taiwan. One thing they could add is gravy - but the steak really is cooked to perfection so it is not necessary. I highly recommend getting the blade steak. Each steak dish comes with a free drink (I got sprite!) and some sides that you can eat with the steak as well. They also give free soup - unlimited. I love the soup, it's one of the reasons I wanted to come back!!

The service here is also quite lovely, the main server is always cheerful and very very nice. You do have to self-serve the utensils and water, but that's pretty easy. Also pet friendly! Very cute dog on my...

原來中壢這裡也有美式碳烤牛排！！😍 外面真的無時無刻都有人在排隊 老闆還超貼心跑到外面送牛排給排隊的人🥹

◼️老饕板腱牛排：$450 ◼️特選松阪豬：$400 他們家的肉都是炭火下去烤 肉汁都有鎖在裡面 板腱真的很嫩非常值得點🙂‍↕️ 松阪豬也是脆口的口感～不吃牛的這個也是很好的選擇！ 排餐都會送一罐飲料 還有無限的玉米濃湯！

◼️派對拼盤：$190 如果很多人一起的話蠻推薦點個拼盤 可以坐在那邊邊聊天邊吃炸物挺不錯的！

◼️蘑菇紅醬麵：$60 這款主要是給小朋友如果肚子餓可以吃的麵食 表現中規中矩 肚子餓可以點～

This place was sooo nice. I came here near the beginning of the trip and insisted on coming back for a second time! I come from Australia so I definitely know what a good steak is - and this has one of the best steaks I've eaten, especially for the price. They grill all their steaks, and so it has a really nice smoky flavour to it. I personally enjoy medium rare, which I've found is a 7 on the scale out of 10 in Taiwan. One thing they could add is gravy - but the steak really is cooked to perfection so it is not necessary. I highly recommend getting the blade steak. Each steak dish comes with a free drink (I got sprite!) and some sides that you can eat with the steak as well. They also give free soup - unlimited. I love the soup, it's one of the reasons I wanted to come back!! The service here is also quite lovely, the main server is always cheerful and very very nice. You do have to self-serve the utensils and water, but that's pretty easy. Also pet friendly! Very cute dog on my first visit.

來中央唸碩班一直看到這家店看了快兩年了，第一次來吃吃看～我也很難得寫美食評論σ(^_^;) 先講結論，整體用餐體驗大概3.9/5 今天自己一位去用餐，本來就有一些人在排隊但等了一下後來越來越多人來排隊。雖然人數有點多，但員工服務態度很好很熱情，也不會因為自己獨自用餐佔了一個桌子而有所催促。加配菜等等速度也是很快附上，還給太多我吃不完😂 今天本來想吃老饕肉的，跟我確認完餐點後過了幾分鐘才說賣完了，當下覺得有點意外，那剛剛怎麼會跟我確認說還有、要大一點還是小一點的？不過沒了就算了，我就改成厚切雪花（$380）五分熟，餐點附一杯綠茶跟玉米濃湯無限續。玉米濃湯的部分表現中規中矩，但我很疑惑的是玉米濃湯不用錢但是綠茶一杯要20塊，如果能反過來就好了…🥹濃湯成本應該比較高才對啊！！😂 我還有加點麵食（$60），麵的整體香氣很足但口味偏清淡。看起來一碗小小的但實際上量還不少，只是60塊錢是有點偏貴，但還可以接受啦。 等了一會兒才上牛排，切開後第一口肉汁有噴出來驚艷到我，外面烤的很乾但裡面肉汁很多，可惜的是炭烤的味道只有一點點。 繼續吃下去發現我那一塊筋很多，而且最重要的是肉大概只有三分熟，我以為是我很久沒吃比較好的牛排了有點不熟我上網爬了文，確實是只有三分的程度吶。我不是不能接受三分只是筋沒斷乾淨的情況下三分熟就顯得有點難咬了。我還有特地回去看菜單並沒有提及筋比較多的描述（有些筋多部位會寫，就可以避免，沒寫我以為是處理好了） 整體來說還不錯吃，但這次表現有點小失望，下次還會再去嘗試看看，希望可以吃到老饕肉的部位。

One of the best steak you can get in Zhongli. I would certainly recommend their blade steak. However, normally you have to wait for a table during weekends but it is worth waiting!
