A+ [would come again / 還會再來]

· famous beef noodle from taipei opened a small branch within taoyuan airport terminal 2 (after passing immigration walk to the second floor)

· its more expensive + smaller portion than the main branch (airport price - 310 NTD as of June 2025 for Beef Noodle Set)

· friendly service + attentive staff that helped me with discount by signing up with their LINE membership (-15 NTD)

· noodles tasted chewy with 4 large slices of tender beef

· beef broth was delicious + flavorful like the main location

· lacking vegetables + variety (could use more green onions since its merely a sprinkle)

· secret tip: must ask for their signature beef oil (牛油) this is what they are known for!

· it seems like they dont explicitly give you beef oil unless you already know (insider info?)

tldr: ask for their spicy beef oil + enjoy...

Classic Beef noodle soup at $270 twd. They also have an airport exclusive set at $380 for beef short ribs. Nice broth, thick and tender beef, comes in 4 pcs. Noodles were just right too. Ordered via the machine and was called rather fast. I had one with the spring onions and returned the peanut as well since i don’t eat. This shouldn’t be the first time i’m eating but 1st for the current trip since i didn’t try any at the night markets.

Kiki noodle wasn’t open so seems like this is the only noodle stall at 6am in Taoyuan...

Amazinggggg noodles, great beef and tendon pieces, and great broth. I would say 4.5 stars.

If I had to rate this, I wished the broth would be yong kangs broth and then it would be 5 stars 100%.

What’s killing me is every beef noodle place has one portion that is missing or not done well and if I had to mix a variety of the best parts of the beef noodle soup from multiple restaurants, I would.

This restaurant is also located at the airport. Soooooo great if you want great beef noodle soup before...
