今日是在各大星巴克消費、支持以來 最糟糕的消費體驗

杯蓋設計問題，飲料容易溢出 我知道不是門市、店員的問題 而每一次拿取飲料時 只要有詢問，貴司店員都會熱心用貼紙 把容易溢出之處封起來 減緩飲料在車上溢得到處都是的風險

然而今日詢問是否可協助時 店員很不耐煩的回應： 我們都是蓋好的，怎樣？

那一句「怎樣」 非常的不客氣 讓我當下非常震懾

最後她仍有幫我用貼紙封口 只是真的非常不耐煩 且完全沒貼好封口 我還自己重貼⋯

好的，我依舊告訴自己 身為客人要多體諒服務的辛苦

然而最後我回到公司 與我的同事喝第一口 真的是傻眼，超！級！苦！ 根本不是平時的味道

每天在喝的我們都非常支持您們 今日的消費跟最後收到的商品 真的是摧毀我們一直以來的信任

買一送一檔期、外送單多 能夠理解 若無暇協助現場客人的問題 您們也可明確表示 身為客人的我們 一定能夠理解您們的忙碌
