We came during closing time. We were told that the kitchen was closing at 9:00. The time that it was listed on the Google maps was 10:00 p.m. But we realized that normally all the businesses here in the mall close at 9:00 p.m.. so it was not their fault. But we felt like we had to take our food to go just not to torture them to be opening and dealing with another table of customers at the end of their shift. When I told him that I was going to take my food away rather than eating in, I could hear cheers from the kitchen. That was sort of nice but also kind of weird. The food that we took home was not a spectacular at all. The food was plain all simple Japanese fair that could having better if we ate it there. But the preparations were just okay. Read more服務沒特別的地方,環境很乾淨整潔,但是就是餐點的部分真的有很多問題。 我住在日本十年,彌生軒一直是我學生時期的愛店,價格實惠又可以白飯吃到飽,每次去都可以吃的很滿足。回來台灣住之後想說懷念一下日本的味道,沒想到會是個大失所望的體驗。
來點評一下我跟同行的人點的所有餐點
味噌炸豬排定食 這道是唯一Safe的料理。豬排炸的有到位,然後味噌醬的香味跟鹹甜感都有水準,也很下飯。隨餐附的味噌湯還不錯,但是其實從配料的口感感覺得出來是即食味噌湯。
花蛤烏龍麵 這道是同行的人點的所以味道我不知道,但是聽說花蛤完全沒吐沙吐乾淨所以備料工序感覺很有問題。
單點玉子燒 這倒是最糟的。首先我印象中的日式玉子燒,鹹的話要有高湯的香跟恰到好處的鹹味,甜的話就是要甜而不膩,讓人有在吃溫和甜點的感覺。但是昨天吃到的這個玉子燒,不甜也不鹹,是沒有味道。是不是忘了加調味料?但是連蛋香味也沒有真的太奇怪。讓我第一次體驗到玉子燒可以這麼的難以下嚥。。。...
