I would say that the overall performance is better than expected, due to the hygiene concern recently, the restaurant did an extra cleaning service to the dinning table with 95% alc right after we sit down. What we ordered today including :

Most of the meals are excellent, I especially like Matsusaka Pork with sesame oil. The pork is really tender, with sesame oil has even upgraded this dish to another level. Scalded Prawns is really fresh with tender meat. Unfortunately, sashimi is still frozen as it was served, and freshness is not as good...

海鮮食材覺得滿新鮮的可以給四顆半 料理給四顆,有驚豔的、但也有覺得普通 服務給四顆,一開始給了毛豆,後面還給水果醋一小杯,說了喝完可以再要,結果再要時給了一壺,有點嚇到。中間一開始有主動來幫忙換一次盤子,但是之後就沒有再來了,明明小盤子堆滿蝦殼跟鳳螺殼。我們是下午四點多到的,店裡同時間最多只有三桌客人,沒那麼忙。覺得服務只做了半套。店員是客氣的
之前看到介紹又看網路評價不錯,所以第一次來竹圍漁港就來這邊消費 一來店家就上了一盤毛豆、不清楚是不是免費招待的,因為沒講。會說不知道是不是免費招待的後面解釋
點了生魚片、水煮蝦、香菇炒箭筍、花生炒龍珠跟胡椒鳳螺 生魚片($250)很厚、很新鮮,太太很愛、所以後來還加點一盤。(三種魚各四片,下面照片是已經吃了兩片才想到拍照) 水煮蝦($320)也不錯,大隻、新鮮 香菇炒箭筍($220)有點普通 花生炒龍珠($220)也普通。花生是硬但不脆,龍珠感覺太軟、沒有嚼勁跟龍珠的味道。(照片也是吃了一些後才突然發現沒拍照補拍) 胡椒鳳螺($480),這道菜大推。第一次吃,剛上來還覺得這是什麼東西。賣相不好但是真的很好吃。
結帳時看櫃台小姐用計算機算了兩次告知$1,880,就拿了兩千塊給小姐找錢。然後拿起手機拍了一下帳單,沒想到就這個動作似乎觸動櫃台小姐敏感的神經,先是馬上告知他們有多收5%。(從頭到尾都沒講要加5%,店內也沒看到有貼告示要收5%,我錢都付了也沒說,等我拍照了才趕緊說。)接著一直要我等一下,原來從櫃台最下面印發票給我。這也是很詭異的一點。一般發票機應該都會在櫃台旁邊好操作,怎麼會放在最下面。加上前面的動作,感覺像是因為我拍了照才給我發票。其實來這種店消費一般都沒給發票也很習慣了,但是這個動作反而讓我覺得心裡有鬼
回到家好奇算了一下金額,帳單(有照片)最上面有個30完全不知道是什麼費用,是毛豆? 還是後面給的果醋?...
