2022/06/02 週五晚餐時間，打電話到政大店預定外帶餐點，19:20 左右進店，看到櫃檯上放著三份打包好的餐點，以為可以拿了就走，但......

此時店內還有兩桌客人，一桌吃完了，一桌還沒上餐。 一位收餐盤的人員收了餐盤後就消失，另一位前場人員忙著備餐。

我站在櫃檯前，前場人員很忙，我等。 吃完的客人來結帳，他們先來的，讓他們先結帳，我等。 定餐的電話響了，要先接，不然店家少一單，我等。 後面陸續來了兩個客人，沒關係，我先來的，我安心的等。 內用的出餐了，我繼續等。 又來了一個 uber eats 外送員，他喊了單號，前場人員忙著打包餐點，要他等。

這時候我已經等了十多分鐘，期間前場人員沒有問過我們要什麼，他很忙。

又過了一會兒，後面的客人和 uber eats 等急了。前場人員說他只有一個人，忙不過來，叫我們等。 聽的出來他忙的很煩躁、有怨氣，但不是對著客人的。看看他的處境，我可以體諒，我再等。

然後，前場人員把剛打包好的餐點給了 uber eats... 我忽然不想再體諒他了，因為我跟後面客人的外帶餐點，在我進店之前就在櫃檯上。 我對他說 uber eats...
