Schumann’s BISTRO NO. 6 — Restaurant in Wenshan District

Not recommend, not authentic, not worth time and money.

Risotto 3/10, dry, bland and most disrespectful and not acceptable is the rice their use isnt RISOTTO rice. You can't use white rice to make risotto.

Doner Kebab 2/10, Döner is my most favorite food in the world. It's farrrrrrrrrr to be called döner kebab. I am not sure if it's fusion or not, but it is a BIG NO NO to order.

Currywurst 6/10, it is in ok and edible level. Fries was the best among foods we ordered.

Mushroom soup 3/10, very watery and almost no taste.

Banana bread 0/10, as a professional baker, this is a HARD ROCK CAFE, I mean it's not edible. DRY AND HARD AS ROCK.

Service girl is ok.. foods was serve after 27 minutes she took our order.

The atmosphere is ok industrial loft decor. But the tables layout is really tight. I almost sit next to another table. I barely can...

Came to NCCU to visit a friend and she brought me to this amazing brunch place which i really was amazed by their delicious food and the interior design from the inside out!! It has a very artsy, rock n roll kind of musician style, the lighting and everything in it makes the entire ambiance of having a brunch inside perfectly match with a sunday afternoon mood. We ordered a Schumann’s brunch (comes with ice americano which also quite good), an energy rice bowl(spice chicken breast tastes not spicy at all but the mayo sauce mixed into the rice was really fantastic!!) and also a chicken kebab. Overall, it was a great experience here. The staffs are quite busy talking to each other and doing their own business but i think it’s fine… Definitely coming back...

The salad I had here was more delicious than any salad has the right to be. They mix in a sort of curry rice, which is an odd combination I never would have thought to try, and the result is amazing. I cleaned my entire plate. They offer a range of interesting German drinks, and I had a rose beer of sorts that went well with the salad. I definitely want to come here again and try out more of the food. It is such a cute little bistro, and conveniently located right next to the bus...
