They just changed their whole user experience so you can't order at the counter. The staff will wave you away and point to a machine by the door where you have to place your order. If you want to connect to the Wi-Fi, you're forced to connect to an insecure website first, which feels very unsafe. The vegetarian lasagna has also disappeared from the menu. Overall not a good experience compared to before. It's losing the personal connection it used to have.

Avoid this place if you can and look for other alternatives. I liked to come here because it is a good place to work. The second floor as a lot of seating and large desks. However, recently the service is going heavily down. The staff is unfriendly, the toilets are getting filthier every day, the seating areas could need a good clean or refurbishment.
