Definitely lack of staff because the service time is too long for a fast food restaurant. I have to wait 10-20 minutes for fast food, honestly I don't mind waiting because, I know you guys are short-staffed, but at least give us a place to sit. I mean, when I am already tired from working and I want to have some burgers, but you have to force me to wait and stand, I think it's pretty upsetting. The food here is mostly hit and miss.
