鮨兵衛 — Restaurant in Yilan City

With google rating 5 stars and over 17k reviews, this has to be either fake or a tourist trap. But I wasn’t disappointed, we ordered few different cooked dishes and sashimi over rice dish and hand rolls, all of them were spectacular and fresh! The shrimp tempura was fried to perfection, crunchy and crispy outside and soft and tender inside! The salmon belly nigiri was huge portion and fresh! No wonder they got such a great rating! I will be back for sure next time I am in TW and try their other popular dishes! Two customers on the table next to us, ordered the fatty beef over rice and the presentation was awesome, looks like a beef mountain over rice with lettuce in the middle, and the pork tonkatsu over rice...

Overall experience was worth it - though the wait is quite long unless you make reservations. I even witnessed a grandpa going rage mode coz they had to wait to eat. It's not the restaurant's problem though. They're just very popular. Service is great, proportions are great too. Great place to catch up with friends and for family...

裝潢佈置超級用心的店，很ㄏㄧ花 日式該有的元素都有！很有來到日本的感覺😍 附近不好停車，但有特約停車場👍🏻 宜蘭必來的餐廳～～生魚片新鮮又甜 價錢實惠 平均一份$3.400，CP超高！推爆🤩 五星評論還送完全不馬虎的鮭魚豆腐味噌湯，料多到不行，這間店就算沒有送湯也非常值得五星🌟 不僅餐點實在 擺盤看起來也是視覺饗宴阿 真心推薦😍

1️⃣口卡滋豬排丼一丼 $240 不吃海鮮友善😂 儘管有人不吃海鮮 還是有他可以點的餐👻 很貼心 其他人還是可以爽爽吃😽 豬排也不馬虎，肉有厚 度 味道佳 有品田牧場的感覺～ 再配一碗湯 非常剛好的set 👍🏻

2️⃣ 極品海陸爆丼(生) $390 含鮭魚、鮭魚卵、雪花牛 菜單品項超多，生魚片 鮭魚卵 蝦子 干貝 蟹膏 的不同組合有夠多，猶豫了很久🤣 如果想吃肉 那就是推爆這個海陸爆丼飯👍🏻 雪花牛每片都有夠大片 而且牛肉味又很香，超好吃🤤 鮭魚生魚片品質不在話下，不知道該怎麼稱讚，油脂均勻 份量給很足，一口可以塞滿滿一片鮭魚 超滿足 🥇 （不過一次狂吃好幾口鮭魚還是會膩 可以喝熱湯轉換一下😂）

5️⃣蟹青軍艦握/2貫 $90 蟹膏看照片就快忍不住了，怎麼能不點！滿滿的蟹膏有夠爽😽 腥味是一定有 但不會讓人不舒服的那種，吃螃蟹習慣挖乾淨蟹膏的人必點～

6️⃣茶碗蒸 $50 是有料的茶碗蒸 有一些蟹肉棒 7️⃣鮭魚豆腐味噌湯/五星評論招待 讚到不行的湯，就算是免費送的，料也撈很多，湯反而沒想像的多XDD 鮭魚有刺要小心蹭，最後真的吃到太飽喝不下 還可以打包😋 完全不想浪費 四人份的量合在一起又是一餐😆

8️⃣鮭魚切片 $300/7片 單點的鮭魚片美味程度似乎大於丼飯的鮭魚😂 單點選的鮭魚部位比套餐的還更好吃，沒有比較沒有傷害 XD 套餐的鮭魚片相對顯得油脂更多😂 單點的鮭魚片 的油脂分佈才是「更順口」的，單點跟套餐的鮭魚表現都很不錯 兩者是神仙打架吧🤭...
