Used to be a good pizza, now it is worse than Pizza Hut or dominoes, cheap ingredients, proofing of dough was done incorrectly and the red sauce was basically a squirt of sour ketchup…avoid :( wow what a joke, you lived in ny for 5 years, I live 30min outside of nyc and have eaten ny style pizza my whole life, what you make…I do not consider pizza, btw very professional response, way to take some feedback! You just wrote that you lived in NY and use the same/better ingredients, I and most likely every chef in NY would laugh at that. Talk to your staff, they admitted the quality has decreased over the past years and specifically said the dough was NOT proofed properly, they were embarrassed and apologized, I left half the pizza at your shop and paid full price, you missed an opportunity to change my mind when I was in your store now I am giving an honest account.
