Tasty and delicious vegetarian food. Very rich flavour and fish patty seems to be handmade from soya. There is free flow of yummylicious soya bean and every set comes with a dessert biscuit.

Love the restaurant concept of making peace starts from dining. It is situated along the stretch of factories. Recommended dishes are the sweet and sour fish, Hong Shao dumplings and fried mushroom. Would love to try out more dishes but the portion are too much. For those visiting the restaurant, do check out the biscuit factory on level 1.

Price is super affordable for quality food. Owner can consider to reduce the portion like rice / noodles and charge more for the set. 🤭Hope to see more branches of this...

蘭陽美味的素食「Vegan 蔬食餐廳」，座落在宜蘭市梅洲二路，附近蠻多工廠的，現址就是三合餅鋪總店，一樓則是三合餅鋪的門市，二樓則是提供內用的餐廳，外觀建築以白色系為主題，空間顯現優雅知性的風格，用餐空間環境寬敞，採光明朗敞亮，座位舒適乾淨，中間兩組吊椅的座位區，讓用餐更輕鬆愉悅，令人有閒適的感覺，我們點了「紅燒湯麵」、「植物肉排飯」、「糖餘排飯」、「烏龍炒麵」、「湯包（一籠6顆）」、「高麗菜蒸餃（6顆）」、「清蒸臭豆腐」*2、「炸杏包菇」，餐具非常精緻，搭配細緻的擺盤，視之則垂涎欲滴，惟份量似乎少了些，男生恐怕還要多添加飯量，最推薦「紅燒湯麵」湯頭香醇濃郁，料多味美實在，麵體口感非常彈牙。還有「清蒸臭豆腐」微臭中略帶香氣，入口即化，表現的可圈可點。「植物肉排飯」、「糖餘排飯」也很優質，值得推薦。其他都還不錯吃，店家提供冷熱豆漿無限暢飲，真的佛心來的。用完餐之後，樓下採購有名的宜蘭燒餅「三合餅」，選擇黑「胡椒香菇」及「香椿」兩種風味，整體而言吃好吃滿，值得推薦優質素食餐廳。
