是間好餐廳，食物好吃上菜也很快，不過，今天卻讓我失望......生魚片居然是最後ㄧ道上？這樣的狀況在台灣餐廳，我已經碰到好幾次了，對於台灣的餐飲業，不能依照食材的口味排順序上菜，然後有菜拼命的上，用過度誇張的盤子裝食物...... 如果把每道菜都分開來看，確實很用心的 妝點著，但是出菜的順序都沒有用心的排， 口味全都亂了. 難道不能多點心來觀察嗎？ 生魚片在最後ㄧ道菜，這個我真的很不能 接受，況且這間店的裝潢與名氣，不是 遊覽車餐廳，怎麼會讓冷盤在最後ㄧ道呢？ 是管理人員無腦還是做事用交代的就好? 然後問服務人員後，居然跟我說， 今天太忙? 這麼不專業，開什麼餐廳? 客人抱怨，也沒見管理人員出來緩解. 真的對這麼專業的餐廳，有這麼不專業的 服務人員，感到非常的失望 翻桌率很重要，但是菜亂出，且出的太快， 這個無疑的彰顯這個餐廳的不用心....
