空中的魚乳酪蛋糕丨日月潭伴手禮 — Restaurant in Yuchi Township

We bought the mixed 4 piece set with Assam tea double cheesecake and double cheesecake. We had high hopes for this store considering the large amount of raving reviews but the cakes did not meet our expectations at all. Not sure if this issue only applies to the individual cheesecakes but the cakes were incredibly crumbly and did not have the usual texture of a cheesecake. You can see it from the first photo how crumbly and grainy the cake is. Maybe the cheesecake layer was overmixed? Tea flavour is okay but nothing else was good about these. Service was great, staff is friendly and informative, but the cakes are not worth the price.

If so many people had complaints about the taste and texture too then maybe there really is something to improve on for...

店面裝潢的很現代感，但付款的方式還是只有現金，實在很不便民 現在連吃個永和豆漿都有發票了，這家店一直都客人進進出出，生意看起來不錯啊！現場也沒看到有張貼免用統一發票的圖示，如果經營者是忘了或是尚在申請電子發票中，那就算了或是再改善，如果是刻意不開發票就不好了 現場只有四種口味，一盒裡面只有一至二種口味（圓型），方型只能一次一種口味，沒辦法四種各放一個，另也不能只買一個只能一次買一盒，這對第一次來消費的消費者不是很方便，如果我們吃完發現口味不合味口呢？剩下三個是要丟掉呢還是... 口味上可能我不懂經營者的理念吧！粉粉的味道蠻奇怪的，沒有平常吃的乳酪蛋糕的紮實感，香氣跟味道也都很淡，茶味沒茶香，乳酪也沒啥奶味，如果這是新式的乳酪蛋糕，看來我還是...

推推～大學就吃過，身邊的朋友們也喜歡這樣的乳酪蛋糕！ 最喜歡阿薩姆紅茶乳酪蛋糕～ 冷凍七天、冷藏四天，最喜歡半退冰狀態，類似冰淇淋蛋糕的感覺，香濃滑順，又不會太甜膩！包裝用心精緻，態度熱情親切，是每次到魚池必買的伴手禮❤️ （2020.10前往時，恰好遇到新店裝潢，但仍不死心踏進店裡問有沒有乳酪蛋糕的誇張程度）

魚池紅茶很有名，人盡皆知，而空中的魚把對家庭的回憶與家鄉的特產融合，用家的溫度烘出在地獨有的味道，有著其他乳酪蛋糕無可匹敵的經典！
