Stumbled upon this place when we were exploring Sun Moon Lake. What intrigued us was the high reviews and the amount of people who liked it. Atmosphere: There are lots of cats. If you have cat allergies, please beware. On the flip side, if you are a cat lover, don’t miss this opportunity to pet some cats for some cat-friendly therapy. Also, I would say there is a slight smell, but that is only at the back where they do their business, and that’s where the washroom is located. Overall, the atmosphere, I would give it an 8/10. Food: We ordered two pastas on the menu. They’re called Garlic Spicy Crab Sauce Shrimp and Balsamic Vinegar Cream Sauce Beef. The first was what the owner recommended, and it was delicious. The latter, not so much. Though the title said it was spicy, I would say it was very mild, but it’s garlicky, and the flavorful shrimp is very tender. The latter of the two was okay. It didn’t wow us. The vinegar part wasn’t overpowering. The sauce was very creamy, but of the two, I would choose the spicy crab sauce one. In both instances, the pasta was cooked perfectly, not al dente but on the soft side. Food: 9/10 Price: For the two items, it came to 580 NTD. For the area, it is quite on the expensive side, but we got to pet the cats, so I would give it 7/10 for value. Service: The owner was nice and very caring. He gave a welcoming attitude. The food came out pretty quickly. Would give service a 9/10. Overall: The atmosphere, food, and service were what stood out to us. My husband and I had such a great time here. We were lucky enough to see rag doll kittens and they were all soooooo affectionate and friendly.
