平常北部吃的肉圓雖然是在油鍋內 但吃起來皮都是屬Q彈那種 但北門口肉圓則是炸的酥酥脆脆 第一次吃到讓我好驚喜 不喜歡吃肉圓的我都要愛上了❣️ 內餡不是肉漿那種 放了不少豬肉塊,還有蛋和香菇 大份的肉圓價格高,但是是有放干貝的唷 — Ba-wan means meatball in Taiwanese.(Mandarin:rouyuan肉圓)There r some different styles of ba-wan in Taiwan. In north Taiwan(like Taipei), Ba-wan‘s outer layer r usually very thick and chewy, but here in Chang-Hua county, they deep fried ba-wan with higher temperature, makes the skin more crispy and crunchy. 😋
Inside ba-wan, they put pork tenderloin , some mushroom, bamboo shoots and one fifth of egg. (this is the only place I know who would put eggs in ba-wan😳)And then top-up with sweet soy sauce and mashed garlic.
