If you are looking for a western style fast food or brunch, you are coming to the wrong place. However, if you want to find some local breakfast (usually Mei-we-mei), this is the right place you should go.

Price: cheap (you will be full with 100 TWD / person) Location: nearby a school offer street-side parking. But most of people come here with motorbikes. Service: no table service offered Environment: like most Taiwanese food stands. This one locating at corner comes with no elegant decor. However, people here are nice and it’s an inexpensive choice. However, I will add one more star if they offer a indoor seating with air condition (normally in mid-Taiwan, summer is hot!)
