金賞壽司 — Restaurant in Zhubei City

Just try it, you will like it! I ordered a set and a crab. Fantastic! Everything is awesome, have a good time with my wife over there. The uni is really really great, super fresh, it is like they just grab it from sea lol. The set contains a bowl of salad, 5 nigiris, a cod roe stuffed chicken swing, and soup/ salmon roe curl as I remember. You may want to order more nigiris to get 100 percent full as my experience. If you want to try the crab, you have to pre order it, it is also fantastic, the crab is juicy and its egg really impress me. It tastes so so great. The salmon sashimi is also amazing! I absolutely will go back AGAIN if...

This lunch was absolutely fantastic - so fresh, so affordable, impeccable service and presentation...and definitely one of the most comfortable restaurant seating situations I've ever experienced. Just a fabulous local spot.

The gigantic oysters were a special highlight.

I would give the steak a pass next time though - looked nice but was...

三品刺身$420 有鮭魚、紅魽、(另一個忘了) 鮭魚軟Q甜，不會有油膩感 另二種口感清爽，跟鮭魚做搭配產生完美口感！ 芥末是黃的，品質很好吃了不會刺鼻👍

辣味蛤蠣$忘了 超貼心，蛤蠣已去殼，直接可爽吃蛤蠣肉，辣味中帶點芥末的辛口味，非常適合下酒的小菜。

芥末章魚$忘了 有固體狀的芥末(第一次吃到不是泥狀的)，搭配Q彈的章魚，滿滿和風味！

澎湖軟絲$380 份量大，烤的剛剛好，有烤出香氣，但肉質一樣鮮嫩軟Q，記得擠檸檬汁，鮮味會提升至另個檔次！

烤雞軟骨$忘了 雞軟骨體積很飽滿、香氣十足，配酒必備！

炙燒海鮮丼$420 滿滿的配料，有鰻魚、鮭魚卵、炙燒鮭魚、干貝，裡面還有加松露，海鮮都非常新鮮，重點是米飯是冷醋飯且粒粒分明有Q度～

海鮮茶碗蒸$100 雖然只賣$100，但裡面料超多，有蟹棒、鮭魚、蝦仁、半個干貝、香菇、蒸蛋滑嫩加入海鮮高湯，味道完全昇華，這碗CP值超高！

炙燒牛肉壽司$85 牛肉片有2片喔！和風醬燒調味，肉汁香氣十足不柴，不吃海鮮的人必點！

鮭魚壽司$85 鮭魚部位挑的很棒、不單純只有油質多的部份，水準以上，鮭魚控必點！

飯後會有甜點，今天是冰淇淋或黑糖豆腐，雖然是免費的，但品質不馬乎，冰淇淋奶味十足、黑糖糖漿香氣很夠不死甜、配上無調味Q感豆腐剛剛好👍...
