今天的溫度，就是吃火鍋的溫度🥶

曾經在竹北當兵將近一年的日子，這裡的美食不輸大台北～還有很多口袋名單想要征服，而且車程也不遠，若是上班通勤要一個小時我死都不願意，但要是約我去吃飯，車程一個小時～我肯定say yes!

今天真的有變冷15度🥶，原本不打算吃火鍋的，但是冷到一個不行，吃個火鍋暖暖身！今天挑的這間火鍋店在新竹有蠻多分店的，也是以浮誇為主打風格，有很多打卡道具可供大家拍拍照，室內乾淨明亮，座位也是相當廣闊，整體用餐體驗是很不錯👍

因為我吃過蠻多家火鍋，食材上品質有把關，都非常的新鮮，但菜盤的量真的不多，算是剛剛好！肉品的話，這家基本標配是以梅花豬跟小肥牛為主，當然，想吃更好的肉都可以另外點餐，我現在都以海鮮為主了，海鮮比較不會讓我變胖😂😂😂 但我還是稱讚他們家的肉片，即使是入門款，夾起來都不會破碎，都會是非常完整的，具有一定的水準，光這肉片就讓我添了三碗飯！就跟你說吃肉就很容易克制不住🤤

海鮮相當的鮮甜，從剝蝦就能知道這蝦子是否具有標準，以16支蝦來評價，差不多只有3支蝦殼比較薄、黏著在蝦肉上，不良比例算少的，大部分都是新鮮彈牙的蝦子，蛤蜊川燙後也很快就打開了，我的經驗那種要開不開的才真的是很有問題🤔 煮完之後不止整鍋湯都是海鮮味，連我身上都是海鮮味😂😂😂

忘了說～這一家是不收服務費的！將這個指標加入評估，在竹北地區也算是相當有競爭力的！
