Four flavours of delicious handmade dumplings and an amazing beef roll. This place is not cheap, but it is good. Be aware that it's always busy esp at the weekends. There is a wide selection of side dishes and free tea. Apart from the dumplings I'd recommend the salmon fried rice, but wouldn't bother with the noodles again. They have a wide range of small plates to pick up on the first floor (pickled cucumbers, tea eggs, fried bits etc) If you're feeling like a dumplings this is the goto place in Zubei.

We picked what we wanted at the front counters and they were served in smaller plates which were called Liang Cai (or Liang Ban) or side dishes. We were a little too greedy and aggressive, we actually took a lot. We also ordered dishes from the booklet which you just have to tick. It was fairly crowded that night and the people spoke pretty loudly.
