A kids restaurant designed to make money from kids but not FOR kids.

Took my child there for some food and a chance to play.

In the play area the signs posted told us to take off our shoes (which is normal) .

However…..

What we didn’t expect was the floor to be super slippy , and while my child was walking, she slipped backwards and smacked the back of her head on the hard floor. Nearly passed out!!!

No warning signs or anything . No socks with grips were available either.

On top of that the kids set meal we ordered was super salty …

So it begs the question… Is the restaurant really for kids ? Or is it a restaurant marketed to parents who are limited as to where they can take their kids.

A real parent would easily be able to tell that : It’s not safe for children to play Food is too salty for children

So just because it has toys and few kiddy pictures , it doesn’t make it a kids restaurant.

If I could give a zero star I would !!

This was our first time here with our two young boys. They had fun playing but to be honest it was a little pricey for what you get. We didn’t enjoy the food and found it to be very rich and greasy (and too peppery for children) we actually left most of it. My son even vomited and he didn’t eat too much. 因為平日安排從新北去一趟新竹遊玩，但遇上天氣不佳只能在室內玩。安排了去巨城逛街，因為知道人會太多，帶小孩吃東西比較不方便所以想排一個親子餐廳在去巨城之前。

作為一個愛評論的人，岀發前一定會在google上做好準備，按大家評論去選最好的景點，為一整天行程作安排，基本上每次都很愉快，但這一次我會說例外。

在台北和新北的親子餐廳或親子場所我們幾乎都去過，或一些飯店的親子設施等等，所以我們對親子場所CP值都略有研究。

樂玩是屬於消費可折抵的餐廳，有加一服務費。 大人低消200元折100=有低消就免門票 2歲以上門票250元，有點餐折100，我和先生點了一份400元套餐，所以就抵掉門票。 幫小朋友點了一份薯條，剛好100元抵消掉。

因為有看到其他評論說服務生好熱情，其實一去到時，已經感覺不到了，因為小孩子看到遊戲間很興奮，會哭鬧，有詢問可否讓小孩先進去玩，服務生當下有表示可以，但我們感受到她的表情是會讓我們更尷尬的，而一般在親子場所的員工是比較少這麼冷淡沒有尾音的，因為其他評論亦有提及過，平日若人不多，店家不會趕人，所以我就順便詢問，一定要兩小時就離開嗎？對方很堅定回覆，我們就只有兩小時，當時真的沒幾桌，但我們也理解，所以沒有再問下去，只是在語氣上、感覺上，真的不是很舒服，其間很多對答都是冷冰冰的，我們也只放心裡。

食物方面，一如其他評論，是比一般親子餐廳來得有水準的，我們點了豬肉燉飯，味道不難吃，不過那們豬肉我先生覺得不可以，很乾很柴，薯條、飯都有咖啡廳水準。

玩樂方面，是我們平時選親子餐廳佔的比重比較多的，不然我們選其他餐廳吃就好了啊，選親子餐廳就是要小朋友玩得開心。

‼️兒童遊戲間地板很滑(非木板地區，屬家家酒那邊)，小朋友因為一定要穿襪子才能內進，所以請穿有厚膠底那種，我的小朋友至少滑倒4,5次，看著驚險😰而且車車桌邊角沒護角護條，家家酒那邊大木櫃也沒有防護，小孩一跑滑倒就很可怕。 ⭐️場地算很大，有車道可以玩車，車道有歲月痕跡，屬正常現象。 ⭐️有球池和溜滑梯，球池球量足夠，裡有不少破掉的球，之後在貝兒絲看過，員工每段時候都會去檢查挑岀爛球，因為破掉的球邊緣也會傷害到小孩的。 ⭐️有決明子球池，就一般沙坑，只是決明子量不多，一踢就是地板，地板都超級滑，加了決明子更滑！建議下面應該要和門外一樣鋪軟墊，小孩每一次進去都滑倒，我看別家小孩也是，真的很危險。 ⭐️家家酒部分，把所有內容物放到另一邊比較遠的位置，小朋友比較懶去拿，就一排空又舊的廚房，不豐富也不吸引，另一頭放木製蔬菜玩具都空空小小舊舊的，舊到那塊木頭是什麼蔬菜我都看不見。連我小孩平時超愛這種廚房玩具也不想玩。 ⭐️整個餐廳燈不明亮，如果在一般咖啡廳，這叫做有情調，但遊戲間這麼色彩繽紛弄到如此暗淡，真的很沒有氣氛。

到我們快離開時，聽到另一位小孩子說，這裡不好玩。

我來之前原以為2小時會不夠但，如果不是我小孩有認識到玩伴，我們連吃東西一個多小時就想離開了，早知道一開始就不問關於2小時，說實在不會再訪，離開回到家後，還是覺得那服務生真的好冷漠。
