Roulang Hotpot — Restaurant in Zhubei City

We had a great experience! Basically the menu consists of different types of either pork, beef or seafood. Once you select the main ingredient you get a hot pot with a selection of rice, vegetables and sauces on the side. You prepare your own hot pot by mixing these ingredients inside the pot while it is heated and cooked on the table (zero danger since it is using induction heating). Quality hot pot meal. There is no “unlimited” part of the meal (no unlimited veg or meat/seafood) but you can get a refill on broth— which is common in Taiwan. There is a bathroom and you can ask them for the wifi password. I’ve been to 20+ hotpot places in my life and I did love the food quality, but the price seemed a little high. 今日用餐點了單點套餐，分別是紐西蘭小羔羊嫩肩/13盎司（$530）、安格斯翼板霸王牛/16盎司（$699），再用套餐加購小海鮮盤（$188）。一進餐廳，店員很貼心的送上一壺沙瓦，店員也很親切，只是菜單有點舊⋯覺得稍許扣分，這價位在這方面擺設可以再改進～店員送餐跟服務上都還算親切，提供的醬料區，有洋蔥碎、蒜泥、特製沙茶、日式醬油、蔥花⋯，整個很足夠～飲料區塊則就普普通通，都是冰飲，覺得如果有個茶或是咖啡的選項會更優，正餐的部分，湯底選店內主打老母雞湯跟加價藥膳湯底（$90？），從湯底到肉品和菜盤（菜盤大小覺得很一般⋯）都很合口味和滿意，主食的部分提供多樣類型選，有飯、麵、王子麵、蛋，我們選蛋，至於甜點冰淇淋有驚艷到～是選用西班牙牌的kalise，然後是好吃的甜筒殼～吃了巧克力口味和香草口味，兩個都很滿意～朋友則是吃了咖啡口味，覺得也很滿意。
