I recently dined at the beef noodle shop in Zhubei Cultural City-竹北文化城牛肉麵, and it was a great experience! I ordered the pork knuckle noodle, and while the portion was huge and a bit rich towards the end, the flavor was fantastic and the pork knuckle was super tender. The marinated tofu was also delicious and well-seasoned. The menu has a lot of options at reasonable prices. The complimentary traditional iced red tea was a nice touch. The restaurant has a cozy vibe with unique decorations. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying meal. Here are some photos from my visit: 1. The menu offers a variety of noodle and rice dishes at different prices. 2. The iced red tea station is a nice self-service area. 3. The interior of the restaurant has a cozy and unique atmosphere with interesting decorations. 4. The dishes I ordered, including the tender pork knuckle noodle and marinated tofu, were delicious and well-prepared. However, I recommend sharing the pork knuckle with others as the portion is quite large.

Wow! Words cannot describe how delicious the beef noodle soup is. The broth, noodles and beef are perfect. Simply put, with full sincerity, I have never had a more delicious soup in my lifetime. Although the interior is simple, authentic, with historic appointments, and the service is basic, the soup is amazing!. I would strongly recommend this place is a "must visit", to anyone coming to Hsinchu/Zhubei City.

Wow! Words cannot describe how delicious the beef noodle soup is. The broth, noodles and beef are perfect. Simply put, with full sincerity, I have never had a more delicious soup in my lifetime. Although the interior is simple, authentic, with historic appointments, and the service is basic, the soup is amazing!. I would strongly recommend this place is a "must visit", to anyone coming to Hsinchu/Zhubei City.

Cultural City Beef Noodle shop Taiwanese Beef Noodles maybe the National Dish of Taiwan out side the front door reside Simon the Macaw and Want the Pig all of the menu is in chinese. The family run staff were patient and helpful as I don't read Chinese or speak Mandarin. The meal was delicious the okra was growing right across the street on the Riverbank. It was served raw like a salad with a slightly sweet honey soy dressing oh so good. The noodles are hand made and the richness and flavor of the soup was great it was not greasy athe all . While not as refined as Din Tai Fung and their Michelin star. This gets 👍👍👍👍 cost...
