Terrible service. 20/10 wouldn’t recommend if you value time and mediocre customer service. Gengeni in Tanzania has better time management. They have the most expensive pizza in Dar es salaam and their service is piss poor. Ordered a pizza an hour ago for pick up and they hadn’t started the ordered. Even after they confirmed it. When my order final was being prepared they made the wrong order with zero accountability. Wasted 38,000 tsh for mediocre pizza I could’ve received at Pizza Hut for half the price with better service. A bit disappointing because this has been my family restaurent for the last 23 years but clearly the service and the customer care attention has changed since I’ve last been back to...

I visited this place after almost 5 years ... It seems management has changed. Pizzas are good how ever service is very poor , staff are stubborn, they don't greet you nor come to ask you till u ask them. It was strange pizza was served without tomato catup and when we asked they said we don't have it. Service is very poor. While earlier days they are best at service... In compittion they need to improve. Not happy with their service...and the attitude... They seems like regid..you pay good for their Piazza and then they mistreat u... Very poor service. There very few customers( 3 tables) 2 waiters and 1 waitress just moving around but i stayed with dirty empty dishes on the table for 20 minutes, i ordered a desert...... it never came😕. To pay my bill i had to go to the piza chef and demand my bill so that i can leave. I should have sensed something was wrong when i entered and found some customers complaining who eventually decided to leave. I will not...
