Nice enough hotel but I would not consider it a 4-star hotel anymore. It is very “tired” and needs upgrading eg stair railings should be fixed properly and firmly - some were not even in the wall - it was very rickety. There needs to be more awareness of safety for customers as there was a rumpled mat, kicked up at the corners at the top of the stairs which makes it a tripping hazard.
