Very authentic Cantonese dim sum. Everything was very good, hot and fresh. Har kau were the largest ever had in the world, huge!! Woo kok and ham shui kok difficult to get right but they were dead on delicious. Curry crab had huge chunks of fresh crab meat. Pan fried turnip cake very very good, not pan fried but deep-fried to crispy perfection.
