Hummingbird Cafe — Restaurant in Bang Khun Non Subdistrict

Delicious, unique coffee and tea based drinks as well as delicious cakes. We came in to escape the heat, and I just kept getting things because it's so delicious. The caramel macchiato was perfect, I tried a latte white chocolate - it was light but still flavorful, and not the fake tasting white chocolate flavor but a smooth cocoa-buttery latte. The ma-toom coffee has bael in it which is smooth and a wonderful flavor compliment, but also good for digestion!

Then the cake... we got the mocha macadamia (I also pictured the coconut cake), the caramel on top you can tell was browned with skill and the cake itself is an amazing flavor I can't describe. When we asked, he let us know that his local friend bakes these cakes and she's classically trained in a Cordon Bleu style (I know little about chef education so apologies 😁)
