I ordered premium beef and spent 5K with service charge of 500baht and the waitress say this branch don’t have service to grill for customer.

LOOK AT THR STORE NO ONE PATRONISE AND YET GIVE REFUSE CUSTOMER FOR GRILL SERVICE

They hire a bunch of non Thai waitress to mingle and chitchat. No matter how nice your food is. This is my last visit for poor service. Don’t ever buy their lifetime discount card as only can use in this bangna branch. Why would you only restrict discount to meat only and not on side dishes and drink.

Other branches grill your meat and I’m willing to pay service but discount don’t apply.

I saw the reviews that were made 2-3 months back complaining that "there is no queuing system"

As of today, there still is no queuing system. They put Burmese waiter in charge of queuing but she has no idea how it should work and couldn't really communicate.

Very poor staff...
