Bar-B-Q Plaza — Restaurant in Bang Na Nuea Subdistrict

My review is the Bar-B-Q plaza in central Bangna 6th floor near Major Cineplex.

Package bought: THB 419 basic Pork and Chicken Buffet with unlimited drinks

Pros: Delicious and fresh tasting food, unlimited food, loved the liver

Cons: forced use of Que Q app, Horrible waiting time

My wife loves Bar-B-Q plaza and as a mother of a toddler who is short on time, she had this craving for some BBQ plaza. We had around 1.5 hours of time to spare since we dropped off our child to a study center. We were wondering if we’d have enough time, but we decided to give it a go anyway.

The queue experience was unpleasant. Users need to have Que Que app, there’s no way for manual que entry at the front service desk, service desk people were super duper slow in getting people seated even with quite a few empty seating available inside.

After around 15 minutes of wait (for 2 queues waiting to be seated with over 3 open tables inside) we were finally inside with around 1 hour of eating time to spare to pick up our kid.

Once inside - it was the regular awesome Bar-B-Q plaza experience. So much so, my wife was happy and satisfied. (Happy wife and happy life)

Food is great, the liver was awesome. Usually I dont eat liver but here because it tasted fresh, nutritious and good, I ate while 6 pieces - there’s my iron for the week.

What would I do next time? Register Que Que and get a queue once I’m in central Bangna, definitely get liver. Also if you boil the bacon instead of grill it, it’ll be less salty and...

วันอาทิตย์ 7 เมษายน 2562 เราพาครอบครัวมาเล่นสวนน้ำโพโรโระที่เซ็นทรัลบางนา ซึ่งครั้งนี้เรามาเป็นครั้งที่ 6 แล้ว แต่ประเด็นสำคัญคือ เราพากันมาทานอาหารต่อที่ “บาร์บีคิว พลาซ่า ชั้น6” เวลา 17:35 น. ปัญหาเริ่มตั้งแต่เข้ามาในร้านบาร์บีคิว พลาซ่าแล้วคร้าาา โต๊ะหรือที่นั่งมีว่างหลายโต๊ะค่ะ แต่ไม่มีโต๊ะไหนพร้อมให้บริการได้เลยสักโต๊ะเลยยจ้าาา แล้วพนักงานขอตำหนิเป็นรายไปนะคะ เริ่มจากพนักงานรับออเดอร์ด้านหน้าก่อน รับออเดอร์มาลงโต๊ะที่เรากับครอบครัวนั่งเรียบร้อยพร้อมรอสั่งอาหาร แต่กลับบอกให้เราย้ายโต๊ะเพราะรับออเดอร์ด้านหน้ามาแล้ว แปลกมากๆๆๆค่ะ ทั้งๆที่เรา และครอบครัวนั่งรอพนักงานเก็บโต๊ะ 10-15 นาที ต่อจากนั้น เรายกมือสั่งออเดอร์จากพนักงานที่มีตัวอักษรชื่อเล่น ”ป.” ขออนุญาติเอ่ยชื่ออักษรนะคะ มารับออเดอร์แบบไม่เต็มใจ แล้วใช้คำพูดไม่เหมาะสม เช่นเราถามว่ามีโปรฯ อะไรบ้าง? มีโปรมา2-3คนประหยัดลงมั้ย พนักงานที่มีตัวอักษรย่อชื่อเล่น “ป.” ตอบว่ามีค่ะ(เสียงแข็งมาก) พร้อมบอกว่าถ้าแบบนั้นคงมีแต่ปิ้งย่างบุฟเฟ่ที่นี่ไม่มีค่ะ เวลาสั่งอาหารแจ่งตัวเลขรายการอาหารพนักงานแจ้งว่าช่วยพูดชื่ออาหารเต็มๆตามเมนูด้วยค่ะ ไม่ใช่บอกแค่ตัวเลขตามภาพประกอบที่โฆษณาไว้ในเมนุ เอิ่มม... แค่นี้พอมะคะ?? ถ้าจะติชม หรือให้ทางผจก.ร้านช่วยแนะนำ ติชม ว่ากล่าวตักเตือน พนักงานให้มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากกว่านี้ก็จะดีมากนะคะๆ ปล. คะแนนที่เราให้ 1ดาว เราให้เพราะอาหาร และความสะอาดของอาหารทางบาร์บีคิว พลาซ่าเค้าได้มาตรฐานอยู่แล้วคร้าา แต่ตำหนิตัวบุคคลไปนะคะ ฝากหน่อยนะคะๆๆๆ...

Mookata (Thai style bbq grill with soup around the grill): the pork tongue and pork belly were the best cuts to cook.
