ORION Hotel & Residence — Hotel in Bang Na Tai Subdistrict

I am writing you about the feedback of ORION Hotel and Residences, It is a really spacious hotel and it is so beautiful! The view from the 7th floor gives you a wonderful sight of the pool, and the employees are really kind and hospitable especially Fluke (Front desk). We felt that we are valued guests because of him and made our stay memorable. The rooms fit at least 3 to 4 people and the bed is so comfortable and soft, some rooms have a bath tub available and family rooms where can fit 4 to 6 people for big families. Its great experience and place to stay in a luxurious big hotel here in Bangkok, there is also free shuttle service going to the nearest mall, Central Plaza Bangna. Everything is new, this is the only hotel we stayed in Thailand that the bed and pillows looks brand new and no stains. Super clean and...

Staffs are very polite, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special the manager Fluke The Hotel is new and the room is clean. There's a kitchen but not well equipped. The room is smaller than I expected but still a good size. There is a swimming pool located next to the parking lot. It's a good size pool and clean.

The hotel is located at the end of the alley. It is not too far from the main street (6 mins walk) and a big shopping centre just across the main street. It is quite convenient for shopping and food. However, the hotel is quite far from any public transport. It takes 10mins by taxi to BTS Bang Na station. It is quite inconvenient for going to the city centre. However, if you have your own transportation, it is an ideal place to stay.

I would like to stay again next time when...

I immediately felt good in this hotel...I liked the reception area that felt very calming and welcoming with a water and crystal lightning. Staff spoke english so it was easy to communicate and arrange what we needed... Pool is quite shallow and water if of course very warm in this climate ..also you need to access is over the parking lot but its a nice facility anyway...breakfast is set menu for 150 bhat, you have like 5 options to choose from including american breakfast and shrimp omelette..i was happy with it...good options to eat around is Belong U cafe...Banyana food court (traditional and cheap thai )and Bulldog burger...its quite far to the center..like 45 mins but close to the airport - like 25 mins and it s in a quiet...
