Buffet Rimnam by Hat Yai Sukhumvit 70/3 — Restaurant in Bang Na Tai Subdistrict

I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately, my experience at Buffet Rimnam was ruined by food poisoning. Both my friend and I got sick after dining here, and after checking other reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones. This is a serious issue that needs urgent attention from the owner.

The seafood selection looked decent, but clearly, something isn’t being handled properly—whether it’s storage, freshness, or hygiene. It’s disappointing because the concept of the buffet is great, but food safety should always be the top priority.

I strongly urge management to take these reports seriously and address the problem before more people get sick. Until then, I can't recommend this...

As first-timer at this restaurant, tried the 699+ menu and was immediately impressed by the quality, freshness and taste of almost everything that I have ordered. I have read the past negative reviews and it seems that they have improved on all of them.

The only remarks would be that they have improved salmon is just a tad bit too greasy, and the ambiance could use a little deco (maybe that’s just me, I love more cozy feeling, but if that’s the intended looks then that’s fine - the food is great so I have no objections).

The staffs is great, really sweet, polite and friendly.

Will certainly be back for round 2 to try the...

ควรปรับปรุงมากๆรบกวนทางร้านรับฟังความคิดเห็นลูกค้าหน่อยนะคะ -ตรงที่รอคิวมีพนักงานมาดูแลบ้าง แต่มีลูกค้าคนจีนเยอะและส่วนใหญ่สูบบุหรี่เดินพ่นทั่วตรงที่นั่งรอทุกโซน บอกให้พนักงานไปบอกคนจีนว่าให้ไปสูบตรงที่ร้านจัดให้สูบพนักงานรับฟังแต่ไม่ทำแล้วเดินเข้าร้านไปเฉยๆ -สั่งอาหารแล้วเกือบทุกอย่างรอนานมาก รอจนท้อ จะสั่งเพิ่มก็กลัวซ้ำและได้ไม่ครบ ต้องตาม3-4รอบถึงจะได้อาหารทีละอย่างสองอย่าง -กุ้งเผาไม่ค่อยสด ลงในเมนูกับที่เทรนพนง.ไม่เหมือนกัน เช่นเราสั่งกุ้งเผากดดูในเมนูเขียนว่าเสิร์ฟ 4ตัวต่อ1ที่ แต่พอมาเสิร์ฟจริงไม่ครบเราก็ตามหลายรอบนั่งรอจนอิ่ม สรุปเลยได้รู้ตอนท้ายๆพนักงานวางจานสุดท้ายแล้วบอกกุ้งเผาครบแล้ว เราเลยเถียงกับพนักงานว่ายังไม่ครบ พนักงานบอกครบครับ 1ที่มี2ตัวที่ลูกค้าแจ้งว่าขาดเท่ากับที่มาเสิร์ฟเราเลยเถียงแล้วบอกว่าในรูปมันเขียนที่ละ4ตัว พนักงานบอก2ตัวครับ เราเลยไม่เอาละเซ็ง -พนักงานฟังคำถามไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่อง ไม่แน่ใจว่าต้องคุยด้วยภาษาอะไร ไทยหรืออังกฤษก็ดูงงๆใส่ตลอด -เมนูหลายอย่างระบุจำนวนไม่ชัดเจนให้เดาๆเอาเอง...
