Poor service on taking care customer. Food is average here. Server speaks politely still (that’s for 2stars)

Bad cutting fish for sushi. I always go to thonglor branch. I came to check an event at BITEC Bangna. The way back, I saw this place. I thought I would be the similar quality of food and service as Thonglor branch. The restaurant is very small. Air con keep blowing on my head. No one greeting until I said If the restaurant is open or not. The server is polite talk. However, she never came back to refill my tea. Never came to check how the food is. I also have to raise my voice twice for asking a check. Until she gave me a check, I had to ask about refill the tea. This place is not worth for this price. Location is unpleasant and not really clean

The worst queue management ever! They even change the last order time to be 30 mins earlier, make it now almost impossible for round 2 customers for lunch!

They told cuatomers each have 1 hour but let them sit for 1 hour and a half!!

If you are not available to wait at least 30 mins before the restaurant open, then don't bother wasting your time! I mean we all have work to do, right?

Edited: They postponed the last order time for those who waited which at least make it possible for those who don't have to work at 1 PM, the food was worth the price and service was very good. If they can manage their queue more efficiently, it...

We had the omakase sushi buffet 777 baht. You can choose which kind of sushi you like but it has to be in dish of 10 bites. Each bite is in adequate size and reasonable fish to rice ratio.
