Factory Buffet — Restaurant in Bang Na Tai Subdistrict

I recently visited this Korean barbecue restaurant and would like to share my experience. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant offered a decent variety of food options, allowing customers to choose from a range of dishes.

However, there were a few negatives that affected my overall experience. Firstly, I found that some of the meat provided for the barbecue was not properly thawed, which made it challenging to cook evenly. This impacted the taste and texture of the meat. Additionally, I noticed that some of the buffet items were served cold, which was disappointing as I expected them to be hot and freshly prepared.

Another downside was that none of the buffet items were labeled in English, making it difficult for non-Korean or non-Thai speakers to identify what was being served. This lack of information limited the enjoyment and understanding of the dishes available.

I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not consistently collect dirty plates from the table, resulting in a cluttered dining space. This oversight affected the overall cleanliness and convenience of the dining experience.

Service: it’s actually pretty good for a buffet, 18/20. They clear plates within 1 minute and occasionally change the grill.
