Review: Phed Phed Bistro – Unacceptable Wait Time for a Complete Meal

Our visit to Phed Phed Bistro was frustrating due to the excessive wait time for our food. While some dishes arrived earlier, it took a staggering 1.5 hours for all the food to be served, which made for a disjointed and disappointing dining experience.

The service was poorly managed—no clear updates, no apologies, and no sense of urgency. We had to sit there watching others eat while some of us waited endlessly for our dishes. This lack of coordination made it impossible to enjoy the meal together, which should be a basic expectation at any restaurant.

By the time the last dish finally arrived, the experience had already been ruined. While the flavors were decent, they didn’t make up for the poor service and long wait. If Phed Phed Bistro wants to maintain a good reputation, they seriously need to improve their kitchen efficiency and service coordination. ‼️‼️‼️‼️BAD SERVICE‼️‼️‼️‼️ The staffs refused to accept a booking when a customer called from their car in the parking lot during heavy rain and storm. They were strict in enforcing their rules, insisting that customers and their babies walk through the rain to their location, wait in the rain, and return in the rain when they were ready.

I am a regular customer and have visited all branches of the restaurant. I am familiar with their rules, but they should all be more considerate and flexible in their crisis management. Nice eastern Thai food restaurant. The restaurant located in the circle community mall. The restaurant offer spicy food however we can request the spicy level which can start from not spicy.

The dish come in quite a big portion. Two person can order two or 3 dishes and it will be more than enough. This time I have try the grilled chicken. The dish come with 3 type of sauces. And very social thai pickles. A very nice combination when you eat together. The other recommended dish, called spicy pork soup with fresh chili and pineapple 🍍. This was the first time I have ever try this dish. And I fell in love. Definitely coming back for this soup. :)
