This Starbucks is right by door #2 when you get into the airport, near the ATMs, bathrooms, and escalator. There's a nice sized seating area with about 3 tables with couches, 5 tables with a cushioned bench and chairs, and other tables and chairs on the other side of the divider. Employees were pleasant and there was next to no line while I was here on a Friday around 5 PM.

I ordered a grande hot tea (same price as tall hot tea) and a chocolate chip cookie, which they heated up for me and served with a knife and fork. Sat here and got onto the free airport WiFi, which required you to sign in with your ID number and to accept the terms and conditions to get 2 hours...

Don't buy anything off the 'sparkling' list of drinks. I bought what I thought was sparkling water with some lime but it turned out to be sparkling liquid sugar, completely hideous and undrinkable. It cost 80bht. I bought a bottle of straight water for 28 baht, to help rinse the sugar out of my mouth (after only having one mouth full), explained the problem with the other drink, no apology or offer to replace, just took my money for the new product. So getting one drink here has now cost me 108 baht. I hope their other beverages aren't as disappointing. It is air-conditioned in here and they have free WiFi. That's why there is 2 stars...

Hi, I will need your kind attention on this matter. Horrible service! I just asked the waitress if she can help me to heat up my sandwich, she just shouted at me in front of all customers. Such a rude employee from Black Canyon. Can management pls take a proper action on this staff? Looking forward on your response. This outlet is at Chiang Mai airport branch inside the international boarding gate. Today is 17th November 2016, Thursday at 8.30am...
