My partner and I are from the midwest & southern part of the United States, burgers are ubiquitous in our ‘culture’ lol. Needless to say, we have shoved a lot of burgers in our faces over the years and we’d fancy ourselves a couple of connoisseurs. Heck, i used to flip burgers professionally.

All that to say, Jax has got the secret sauce, so-to-speak. These burgers are expertly crafted, totally satisfying, and made with pride.

The use of dijon mustard was an especially nice touch if you ask me, and you didn’t but it was.

This roadside burger shack is everything it should be. Patties are juicy, fatty, and very high quality. The cheese is the correct melty american cheese. Every unctuous bite sent me further towards the greasy gates of burger heaven.

If you want a PROPER burger, this is your spot.

Unbelievable price to quality ratio here. You get an OUTSTANDING quality burger without feeling like you're splurging. If you are dining there, you can even get rib eye steak cooked to order and again, OUTSTANDING and for a price that seems unbelievable.

Being from America, and living here for 3 years now, I think there are at least 10 places in CM that do a burger quite well, but this just might be the best. when you factor in price, its hands-down the best. I would compare it to In-N-Out in that there isn't really a gimmick that makes them so good. They just are beautifully simple and high quality, and you want to get it all the time.
