We came here for dinner to try something new and ordered the deep fried fish and also the pineapple fried rice. The deep fried fish was simple dish with some sauces on the side both spicy and sweet, the pineapple fried rice was delicious especially with what tasted like crab meat on it which added a nice touch. The atmosphere was nice with live music and large areas to spread out and sit in. The seafood menu was quite large with lots of options. There was free car parking but we gave the parking guy a 20 Baht tip just for directing us in and out. Delicious and fresh seafood. Particularly enjoyed the prawns (must order!), Thai omelette. The steamed fish was amazingly fresh and the tamarind sauce is very light!
The lake view is nice, and we fortunately came during loy krathong, hence we were able to see fireworks, the lanterns floating down the river.
There’s also a little “jetty” for nice photo taking! Only thing is we got indoors, which is quite stuffy. Will be great to book the outdoor seats prior.

My partner and I came here on our first date, 10 years ago when it was the Windmill.
There has been a big transformation and now it’s a top class seafood restaurant with live music and TV screens.
We did try and come here for Valentine’s Day last week but it was completely booked out with a long wait - so we came five days later, and there was no waiting.
