Saifon’s German Bakery Shop — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

Dinkel brot (100 % spelt bread) is so delicious.

We made our first order having trust in the German name and they did not disappoint.

P' Fon is a wonderful baker. Both her and her German husband Uwe are so sweet. They took the time to answer our many questions.

There is fresh bread, pretzel etc for sale and the rest you can place an order and pick up in a day. They have gluten free muffin and bread if you're GF.

They sell sausage, meat and cheese, wow, so good. Amazing with the fresh bread.

They also serve food and have a nice set up, we will certainly try it...

Fabulous find just in the outskirts of Chiang Rai. Good variety of bread choices: 700 gr loaves, baguettes, pretzels and rolls. Whole-wheat, sourdough, spelt, rye, multi-grain, and quite a few more. A lot to choose from!

There are some cold cuts/cheese available for purchase. You can even have the lovely baker make a sandwich for you to eat in the cozy seating area.

What a find! Walking to the White Temple, we found Saifon‘s and I was ready for a coffee and we went inside and they had great baked bread and SALTED GERMAN PRETZELS!
