Very good khao man gai (chicken rice) . Perfect level of fat in rice. Chicken was moist, tender and flavorful. The fat in the chicken rendered out into a glossy sauce coating each piece The bean sauce (my preferred style in general) was a good flavor, not too sweet or fermented. Very clean restaurant, friendly service especially the owner wife, kind and friendly. We mis-order but she is so kind that allow us to change the order. The chicken rice is fragrant, soup is sweet and clear, fried and steam chicken are delicious. The sauce is tasty. Not too keen on their dumpling. 4.5 stars for me....
