I’ll edit this review once I get to try their food. Went there right after eating a big lunch from another place so we only had two soda-like drinks. Hence, I’ve got nothing to say about the food. But their menu really looked mighty interesting.

This cafe would be heaven for Harry Potter fans and anyone who likes magic and witchcraft. It’s THE themed cafe of their wildest dreams. Tick, toad, and gecko shaped cakes, waiters and waitresses in costumes, witch robes, hats, and wands available for guests to use, a cauldron constantly blowing up smoke, and witches cackling ever so loudly whenever they feel like it — this place is magical!

ร้านตกแต่งแบบจัดเต็ม​ จิ๊บว่าคอนเซปต์​ที่ร้านดีนะ​ แต่น่าเสียดายที่พนักงาน​ในร้านไม่ทุ่มเทและใส่ใจในหน้าที่ของตัวเอง​ การให้บริการก็ทำแค่ตามหน้าที่ให้ผ่านๆ​ ไป

ถ้าเน้นการเซอร์วิส​ให้ดี​ เพราะที่ร้านมีกิจกรรมที่สามารถทำร่วมกับลูกค้าได้​ ตั้งใจทำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้รสชาติดี​ เน้นสร้างความประทับใจ​เพื่อการบอกต่อและขยายการรับรู้จากสื่อออนไลน์​จะช่วยดึงลูกค้าได้อีกเยอะ​

เราตั้งใจไปมากๆ​ แต่สัมผัส​ได้ว่าพนักงาน​และบรรยากาศ​ของร้านมันเงียบเหงา​ ไม่มีพลังบวกเลย​ ทุกคนเหมือนอยู่ไปวันๆ​
