Café de Puro in Pattaya, Thailand, is a hidden gem that left me thoroughly impressed. I ordered their English breakfast, and it was a delightful twist on the classic. The plate arrived with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and plump sausages, paired with golden toast and a side of baked beans that added a comforting touch. The standout, though, was the smoked salmon toast with avocado. The salmon was rich and silky, layered generously atop creamy, ripe avocado, all resting on a thick slice of toasted bread that had just the right crunch. It's impossible to walk in and not to like this place! You feel immediately happier than a second ago before entering. The friendly welcome from the staff and owner, the calm and varied soft déco, the pleasant music, all's good. Then you're reading the menu...how to do? What to choose? Everything is tempting but you have to make a decision: otherwise you will just be very happy to go back again another day and take one more look at the menu, following your mood, there's an ample menu to satisfy all your culinary needs ( in my opinion) I don't have enough for the first time, everything was so good ,(especially the Brazilian coffee) , I'll definitely be happy to come back to taste more. Nice, clean place at the bottom of Khaotalo. The young service staff was very professional and polite, great to see, and made us feel welcome. A cold water was provided before ordering. The menu is set out easy enough with all tastes catered for. The food I had was a brunch breakfast and couldn't fault it. Good quality products (check the menu if you want toast as it does not come as standard on all set breakfasts) The wife had a pork chop, chips, and peas, which she enjoyed.
