Hanabi​ Sushi​ House — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

We’re sitting in this sushi bar right now. At first glance it looked authentic and humble, nothing fancy. But once we ordered — sushi rolls, tofu salads, miso soup — everything turned out to be on the level of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve tried.

The amount of fish is unbelievable — I travel the world, I’m a true sushi fan, and honestly I’ve never seen this much fish anywhere. The quality is outstanding, fresh and full of flavor. For the first time in my life, the portions of fish served were even bigger than what was shown on the menu pictures.

Service is lovely and very welcoming, the owner is such a pleasant person. Everything is clean, served with care, and brought out unbelievably fast — almost instantly. This is one of those rare places with a true soul, not just “bohemian” looks. Here, it’s all about heart and incredible...

I was fortunate to find this hidden gem in Pattaya about 6 months ago. I eat here everyday now, except for Tuesdays when they are closed. The food is nutritious and the flavors are perfectly balanced - the staff are lovely and the owners are attentive. I’ve changed my diet to only eat one meal a day, and Hanabi Sushi House is keeping me strong with a balanced diet - whether I’m at their charming restaurant or when I get my food delivered. I’m not the most traveled person, but I truly believe it is the best restaurant food I’ve ever had.

Beautiful hidden gem for sushi & Japanese food. We have been here twice since being in Pattaya and will come here many more times in the future amazing quality cuts of fish used for the sushi & sashimi. Hanas miso soup is some of the best we have ever tried, it’s like a hug in a bowl. - staff are extra friendly & are open to customising some items if asked in moderation.
