The Pool Of Siam — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

A great discovery on our last trip to Pattaya. For those who love real French/European food, this is the place to go. Excellent French wines also available. Prices are good and portions are huge. We ordered the Chicken Brochette and the Couscous. We were hungry and could not finish the food :-). There is a swimming pool in the restaurant which is beautiful at night (very intimate). We were not dressed for the occasion, but they informed us that the swimming pool is for everyone to use, so if you feel like it, don’t hesitate to go for a swim! A quite new restaurant out of the overpriced city centre.

Located around a smart pool so the kids gave sonething to do while you relax. At the rear are the beginnings of its home grown garden which can only be a good thing.

Good is French cum Thai cum pizza with great salads too and the baguettes are great for a lightish lunch.

Lunch time was quiet and relaxing. Staff pleasant and food was very good quality at a reasonable price. The home cooked deserts were tasty as well. Alcohol and cocktails available if that's your thing.

What more can I say? Dining on a fine pizza and drink, poolside in a nicely designed garden with a slight breeze in a fine restaurant with a genial host and effective service. This is an update on a visit, February 2020. I had a superb lunch of couscous on the daily special. It was a huge portion of Merguez sausage, chicken, lamb and beef meatballs over couscous.
