Pretty good restaurant for the adventurous epicure. An authentic taste of Laos cuisine. This is a really nice restaurant with al fresco dining and pleasant landscaping. Asking for a fan and mosquito incense under the table is highly recommended.
I thought that their grilled chicken was tasty and juicy with a nice flavor. One of the best I’ve had. I also recommend the grilled northern styled and the other types of sausages. There is also a dish made up of pork rinds (chicharrones) with a country style salsa of sorts made of wood grilled sweet peppers and garlic. Not real spicy. More like a slow persistent burn. 😂 Delicious! Try their sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves.
There are lots of other odd dishes that we tried like ant egg omelette, mysterious fruit with freshwater snails curry etc. All very interesting and worth experiencing. If you’ve never had Laos food the flavors will definitely be a...

FOOD: huge menu 😅, portion size is on the delicate side (with right pricing though), but not complaining, just more chance to try more dishes. Well prepared, delicious with good ingredients. Foods arrived quite quickly (around 60% occupancy). 8.5/10
SERVICE: very professional, very well run machine. 8.5/10
FACILITY: top class, plenty of parking (2 separate lots, one requires a short walk). Decor is modern-ish, all wooden furnishing. There is air-con section but the queue was too long, haa haa haa. Great house keeping, super clean. Overall spacious and lovely, wish there would be more fans though. 9/10
PRICE: very, very...

Nobody spoke a work of English here, but fortunately the extensive menu had pictures and English translations. The menu was unlike anything we’d ever seen. Dishes included: “Ant’s eggs seasoned with curry paste”, “Steamed young wasp wrapped in banana leaf”, and “Fried native bug”. My girlfriend and I tried them all (and by “we” I mean, “I”). Not everything was delicious, but it was certainly unforgettable.
