Wandered up and down the street, but this bar had the best atmosphere. And best selection of Thai craft beer, it turns out. And also I asked about Thai liqueurs. Tried Tendo whisky and asked about Lao Khao. These were not on the menu. I was overjoyed to be brought a shot with lime and salt, like a shot of tequila. But really, it didn’t need it. It was good by itself. Then out of the blue, they brought me a Ya Dong, the full traditional cocktail with chili and basil. It was so good, and they didn’t charge me for it even though it was way better than any cocktail on the street. We came here 3-4 times during our weekend stay. Large craft beer bottle selection from Thai to worldly beers. Awesome staff who recommended the night market and things to try. They really just want you to have the best time. They also have allllll the food options. Vegan, pizza, Thai, pasta, western. I got cucumber, pork and egg stir fry for my first time and it was INSANELY good! New favorite. Larb Kai pizza was so good. Also wished we would have tried the green curry pizza (sounds like a perfect invention no?) I asked a couple eating here if the food was any good, and they told me it was their third night in a row eating here. That was enough for me, but I thought they were a bit close minded not to eat anywhere else. Three nights later, having returned every night myself, I can see why. The food is delicious, but the thing that really got me was the selection of Thai craft beers (which the staff are happy to recommend depending on your tastes).
