What an unforgettable experience!

As a coffee enthusiast, I truly enjoyed my visit here. I went in wanting just a quick cup of coffee, but was very quickly welcomed by the owners and immersed in a friendly chat, all about the coffee culture in Thailand. The owner, she knows everything there is to know about coffee, from where and how it is grown, by whom, how to process it, how to roast, and preparing single roasts/blends and of course, how to brew whether it be old technology / techniques to modern era coffee. She knows exactly where she gets her beans from, and by who. You can trust this one.

I had an amazing experience - we ordered the house single roast americano and a coconut coffee (served w/ condensed milk) absolutely delicious and well balanced.

In the photos you’ll see me behind the bar - the owner was so thrilled that she had a customer that enjoyed coffee culture as much as me and asked me to try to make some latte art with her equipment - this was the best part for me. This is exactly why I love to travel and visit coffee shops. For the experience.

I’m a coffee geek and I totally loved the free coffee roast workshop she gave us. It’s entirely based on tips so you’d better make sure you give her a good tip! We had 3 Italian espressos each from the workshop.
