This place recently went viral on social media, which explains why it’s so crowded and packed with people waiting for a table. Unfortunately, the management of queuing and cooking was quite disappointing. Even though they claimed to cook everything to order, each dish came out separately with a 10–30 minute gap in between, which made the experience frustrating. We needed to refund some dish due to the overtime waiting.

The service from the waiters wasn’t very responsive either, which added to the unimpressive part of the visit. On the positive side, the food was okay—mostly on the sweeter side—and the price was acceptable. Overall, it felt more like hype...

The foods are splendid! The ingredients are very fresh, probably straight from the fish market. All dishes are very rich and flavorful. If you cannot handle the spices very well, it might burn your mouth, tbh. However, the place is very chaotic, congested and very very dirty. The service is a bit slow due to the overflow of the customers, and i guess there’s no system running this place which i did not mind very much. ลักษณะร้าน : ร้านตั้งอยู่ในโซนเวิ้งโครงการ ร้านค่อนข้างใหญ่ โต๊ะเยอะ เป็นโต๊ะไม้+โครงเหล็ก ร้านเป็น Open Air ช่วงเย็นอาจจะร้อนหน่อย ถ้าแดดออกมาทั้งวัน ร้านมีพัดลมก็จริง แต่โดยรวมไม่ค่อยถ่ายแอร์ อากาศร้อน ด้านในยิ่งร้อน เหงื่อซกแน่นอนทำใจเลย

อาหาร : ยกให้เป็นร้านที่รออาหารนานมากกกกกกกกก อาหาร 1 จาน กว่าจะได้มาเสริฟอาจจะใช้เวลา 30-40 นาที ในระดับที่คนประมาณ 50% ของร้าน อาหารจานใหญ่บางอย่าง บางอย่างให้เยอะจริง แต่บางอย่างก็ใหญ่แค่จาน แต่ดูดีดีไม่ได้ให้เยอะขนาดนั้น ไม่ได้ถือว่าคุ้มราคา รสชาติอาหารบางจานใช้ได้ดี แต่บางจานก็ไม่ใช่รสอาหารใต้เลย บางจานเฉยๆมาก แต่โดยรวมเมื่อเทียบราคากับวัตถุดิบ ยังมองว่าไม่คุ้มค่า ที่สำคัญคือ ใช้เวลานานมากในการทำ ขนาดมาตั้งแต่ช่วงร้านเปิดไม่นาน ยังรอนานมาก ระยะเวลารออาหารมี 1 ชม+ กว่าจะครบ ถ้ามาตอนหิวๆแนะนำว่าผ่านไปเลยดีกว่า

บริการ : คุณต้องไปสั่งอาหารแบบจดเอง ดูเมนูได้แค่บริเวณหน้าครัวเท่านั้น จะมีป้ายมีกระดานเขียนเมนูบอกไว้ ต้องเดินไปดูถึงจะเห็น การบริการอาจจะไม่ทั่วถึงเท่าไร อาจจะต้องคอยเรียกพนักงานหากต้องการอะไร ไม่ค่อยมีใครบริการอะไรเท่าไร

ที่จอดรถ : ที่จอดมอไซค์มีหน้าร้านเลย รถยนต์มีที่จอดของโครงการ และด้านหลังโครงการตรงเข้าไปด้านในจอดรถได้อีก อาจจะแคบๆหน่อย

หมายเหตุ : ส่วนตัวคิดว่าไม่ว้าวเหมือนที่เห็นๆรีววกันใน Social ไม่ได้ถึงกับขนาดนั้น ถ้าไม่มากินจะเสียดายไหม ก็คงไม่ แต่ถ้าอยากลองก็มาได้ แต่ถามว่าให้มาซ้ำอีกไหม คงไม่มา

แนะนำการบริหารจัดการเวลาในการทำอาหาร และคิวอาหาร คิดว่าถ้าทำได้ดีกว่านี้ อาจจะมีผลดีกับร้านมากยิ่งขึ้น...
