All dogs are well-trained, clean, super cute and HUGE!🤩 You can touch, hug, take tons of pictures and able to command dogs with some easy orders like sit, stay, up etc. To see all dogs, you need to spend around 2hrs. They change group of dogs every 15 mins. In each round, staff will first explain you about dog detail in both Thai and English. So, you know dog's name, breed, habit, background etc. Staffs are so nice, well-trained and most important they are kind to dogs. They will tell and show you how to handle each dog. You can also ask them to take pictures for you. You may sometimes experience that staff yelled at some dogs but only when dog is doing something wrong, for example, try to tease other dogs or hard jump to little kid. I saw that some foreigners don't understand and interpret in wrong way since it's in Thai. Don't worry about dog's jump because they just wanna play. If you're adult, it's no problem. Actually, I'm quite surprise that all dogs are friendly and super kind beyond my expectation. If you are interested to buy, they can import a dog for you and you can leave your dog to train at the cafe for a month but I didn't ask for the cost yet. All in all, I really like this place and would like to visit again. Hopefully, they even have more dogs next time😋
Oh! I forgot to mentioned that they also sell food and beverage here. I think taste is between average to good. One dish recommended for those who love spicy food is spaghetti with bacon and dried chili but it's quite small portion .
Cost: Entrace fee is 199 baht/person. I think it's worth to pay and quite cheap compared to these good experince with up to 30 dogs and great service from staffs. Dog treat are available at 150 baht. Good thing is staffs never force you to buy it. Some staffs even have their own dog's snack and use that to treat the dogs after they showed their skills or stay to take photo with guest.(this is not...
Read moreI made a reservation for 3 pax yesterday, for 4 october 5-7pm, however due to traffic, i had to push the timing back to 530pm. And the owner was kind enough to allow the last minute change for the reservation.
When i went there, the cafe staff were so kind and tried their best to communicate with us in English despite the language barrier.
We entered the enclosed outdoor area to play with the dogs and visitors can also buy dog treats, which me and my family did. There were around 50 different dog breeds in this cafe which was really a surprise and around 2-4 dogs would be let out to play with the visitors every 15-30 minutes. There was one staff that left an impression on us, and we forgot to ask her name…she was so kind and patient and explained in English the types of dog breeds and the characters of the dogs that were let out to play, showing that she has a well-understanding of the dogs.
We were also allowed to go into the indoor play area where we could see different dog breeds that weren’t brought out to play for the time slot e.g. the xian hound and the komodor. The same female staff, that i want to compliment also asked if we wanted to take pictures with the dogs as well as if we wanted to play with them in the indoor play area. She had even demonstrated a pose we could try when taking the picture.
However the only downside is the location of the place. Recommend that you visit earlier around the morning or afternoon as my slot was the last visiting slot, and we were the last customers left as we were unable to get a taxi to our next destination. The staffs were kind and tried to help us get a taxi even though they were already off from work.
Overall, would definitely recommend this place as well as go back for another visit, during my trip to Bangkok. Really friendly staff and a wide variety of dogs you...
Read moreReservations are advisable due to the high volume of guests this place has. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, food service was slow, and I waited at least 20 minutes for my food (fried spaghetti with mushrooms). I personally recommend eating elsewhere first as food here is not cheap and tastes average, but reasonable considering upkeep costs. If guests wish to eat here, it would be best to arrive at least 30 minutes before the allocated time slot so that guests may dine before going in to play with the dogs.
As it rained that day, the staff worked hard to wipe the floors dry so that they could let the dogs out for the guests. The dogs are let out in groups (a big group for small dogs, about 2-3 at a time for big dogs) with 5-minute intervals so guests can play and take pictures with the dogs. A 2-hour session is 199 Baht per person, and a small jar of treats is available at 150 Baht. During the interaction, the staff noticed I was alone and offered to help me take photos with the dogs multiple times. They also share knowledge on the dogs, their breeds and temperament. As the dogs are big and strong, it would be advisable for future guests to wear long-sleeved tops and pants unless they do not mind getting scratched!
The dogs seem well-groomed and trained. However, the play area for the dogs seems rather small, and the big dogs seem to only have space to run back and forth. When time is up, they're called back into their joint room which is the size of a shipping container. It is unclear if they are free-roaming or in kennels in that room. Coupled with the number of big dogs they have and the short times they are let out, the space available for the dogs...
